Problem

The display for message edit field is showing different in create screen and view screen
The message edit field is presented in a different way in the view screen ( with field name and value) , while in create screen it shows only the value( no field name) for the message edit field.

Environment

Steps to Reproduce

Add a Message custom field for edit from advanced section of the custom fields
Add it to the screens
Create a ticket, you will see only the value displayed on create screen for Message custom field for edit
open the case and you will see the field name and the value displayed.

Repeat the steps for Message custom field view
on the create screen, the filed name comes up with a message that this filed is not supported on create screen.
While on the view screen, it displays the filed name and value.

Expected Results

Both create and view screen should show the same behaviour for the fields. The ideal case is that the message field should only show the message and not the field name along with it as in the create screen shown for message custom field for edit.

Actual Results

Shows different displays on create and view screen.
