Issue Summary

• Currently Jira Default Cloud Incoming server do not have option feature to filter the Out of Office reply. Either Jira Should automatically detect the Out of Office emails sent to Default Cloud mail or provide a feature in mail handler to filter the Out of Office emails coming to Jira default cloud incoming mail server.
• Custom email server have access to the mailbox due to which they can be filtered at the mailbox level or by using third party app its possible to filter emails.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Any Out of office email sent to Default cloud mail server either end up creating issue or comment based on the mail handler.

Expected Results

• either Jira should detect the Out of Office emails at mail handler levels or mail handler should have parameter to filter the Out of office emails coming to Default cloud mail server.

  Actual Results

• Jira end up creating comment or issue of Out of Office emails.

  Workaround

At the moment there is no workaround to filter Out of Office emails for Default cloud mail server.
