Issue Summary

It would be good if we could create more than one global transition to a specific status so that we can add different Post-function/Condition/Validator on all of them.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to a workflow editor and try to add a new global transition to a status that already has a global transition. The UI will tell that "You are not permitted to add multiple global transitions to the same status."

Expected Results

Please consider allowing users to add multiple global transitions to a single status

Workaround

It appears there's a workaround described in JRACLOUD-84614 that can be used to add multiple global transitions to a single status in a workflow built in Jira Cloud but it may cause issues in some edge cases.
