In the old external system importer, when importing a CSV Jira will give you details about the import and allow you to see and save a detailed import log. When using the new system importer, however, you receive no log and if an error occurs, you're simply told to call support. Provide customers with a way to see the import log, whether the import is successful or has errors, so they can see what needs to be corrected in their csv file
