Allow creating parent-child relationship with the CSV import through the new import method

      Currently, the new CSV import method under Settings > System > External System Import (New Jira import wizard) does not have any options to import issues defining parent-child relationship.

      It is important for the feature to be available on the new import method before the old method is deprecated.

      Workaround

      • "Switch to the old experience" and continue using previous options (CSV/json) to create issues with the parent-child relationship
