Issue Summary

When adding an image inside a panel as one of the bullet points in a Test field (multi-line), transitioning the issue to a new status causes the added image to move out of the panel and appear below it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure that the 'New issue transition experience' is disabled in Jira Labs.
2. Ensure that there is a transition screen when transitioning the ticket, and that the transition screen contains the Test field (multi-line).
3. Add an image inside a panel as one of the bullet points in the Test field.
4. Transition the issue to a new status using the transition screen.

Expected Results

The image added inside the panel should remain inside the panel even after the transition.

Actual Results

Transitioning the issue to a new status causes the added image to move out of the panel and appear below it.

Workaround

Enable the 'New issue transition experience' in Jira Labs.

1. In Jira, select your profile picture or initials, then select Personal settings
2. Scroll down to Jira labs and switch the toggle ON for the New issue transition experience
