Issue Summary

When Asset Customfield description is added with links like :{} [Atlassian|https://www.atlassian.com/] , then its not showing as Hyperlinks in Transition Screen.
It works for other custom fields but Assets Custom Field is having this issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Assets Object Custom Field.
2. Add description as [Atlassian|https://www.atlassian.com/]
3. Add the newly created field in Create Screen and in Transition Screen.
4. Create a ticket from Jira > Here we can see the Description is showing links correctly.
5. Perform transition and from the screen > You can see the Link is showing as text field.

Expected Results

Hyperlinks in the custom field description should render correctly as links.

Actual Results

Hyperlinks are showing as Text line.

Workaround

None at the moment.
