Issue Summary

The new CSV importer changes all Issue Type icons to Task icon for the newly created  Team Managed project 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the new Importer to create a Team Managed project
2. The Issue Type is mapped
3. Import

Expected Results

Not to change all the issue type icons

Actual Results

It changes all the Issue Type icons to Task icon.

Workaround

Manually change the icons
