Issue Summary

Child options in the Cascading custom field are not displayed and thus not selectable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. We have a Cascading custom field with a large number of parent (more than 100 parent options), and child options.
2. When the field is opened, only a limited number of items are visible (100 options)
3. Selecting any of these items shows their child options.
4. However, when searching for one of the last options (100+ which are not loaded by default), the child options are not displayed correctly, making them unselectable.

Expected Results

Being able to select any parent and child option from the available context.
 

Actual Results

Childs are not displaying for some parent options.
