Customer would like to use the Goals field to execute a search in JIra.

If we try to run any search we will get the error message:
Goals JQL search is not enabled yet.

Additional updates - __ Now it's possible to search for the Goals field using JQL search but still the value is not visible under goals column during JQL search. __ 

Goals can be searched by work item key, not name at this time
