Inconsistent "Last-Visited" Dashboard Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

• Personal Settings>Your Jira homepage configured to Dashboards
• Open Dashboard "xpto": You access dashboard "xpto".
• Switch to Board "test": You navigate to board "test" in the same tab.
• Click Home Page Button: Clicking the home button redirects you to the last viewed dashboard, but it shows "xpto".
• Open Home Page in a New Tab: Right-clicking and opening the home page in a new tab shows "test".

Expected Results

The home button should redirect to the most recently accessed board, "test".

Actual Results

Clicking the home button in current tab redirects to "xpto".
Opening the home page in a new tab shows "test".

Workaround

Reload current tab to trigger "last visited" data update.
