Unclear how to reproduce the error except by viewing an affected team-managed project's Project Settings > Notifications > Settings
Expected Results
No error, or meaningful error on a team-managed project's Project Settings > Notifications > Settings.
Actual Results
Generic error on a team-managed project's Project Settings > Notifications > Settings.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
