Ability to hide the message "Kudos for keeping things up-to-date!" when transitioning the issue

      When user transition the issue, the following message is appeared.

      <Issue key> moved to <Status name>.
Kudos for keeping things up-to-date!

      This is due to implementing new issue transition experience which is announced in below article.

      It would be better if there is an option to disable this message.
