Issue Summary

On the "View all dashboards" page, the Projects filter on the top bar of the dashboard list only displays 5 projects in ascendent alphabetical order instead of a scrollable dropdown list with all the available projects.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Jira and click on the Dashboards menu on the top page
2. Click on "View all dashboards"
3. Click on the Project filter on the top bar of the dashboard list.

Expected Results

A dropdown list with all projects is displayed

Actual Results

A dropdown list with only 5 projects in ascendent alphabetical order is displayed. No scroll is available. To find another project, the user needs to write the project name.

To find another project, the user needs to write the project name.
