At present Jira cloud notification scheme and Microsoft notifications work independently.

This feature request proposes the integration of Jira Cloud notifications into Microsoft Teams.

By doing so, it seeks to enable the integration of Jira Cloud notification scheme within Microsoft Teams, thereby centralizing and simplifying the notification management process.
