Current Challenge:
Currently, there is no built-in mechanism to directly address user requests for new apps with customized messages. This limitation requires us to use external communication channels, which can delay feedback and reduce the overall efficiency of the response process.
Requested Feature:
- A feature within the Jira Cloud administration interface that allows for the creation and sending of customized responses to users who submit requests for new apps or plugins.
- The ability to include personalized feedback, status updates (e.g., under review, approved, declined), and any potential follow-up actions or requirements directly within these responses.
- This feature should be accessible to all system administrators and should support template customization for consistency and efficiency.
Expected Benefits:
- Improved communication between administrators and users regarding app requests.
- Increased efficiency in managing and responding to app requests.
