Unlike regular comments, the comment field in a transition screen does not allow to mention teams. Users appear as mention suggestions but teams don't

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a transition screen
2. Try to mention a team in the transition screen's comments field

Expected Results

Teams should appear as suggestions to mention

Actual Results

Only user accounts appear for the mention

Workaround

The only workaround is to perform the mention after the transition in a normal comment
