Current product behaviour
When a user lacks access to a project referenced in a dashboard gadget, the error message does not help identify the underlying issue.
Example error from Created vs Resolved Chart gadget when the user lacks the Browse Projects project permission:

Desired product behaviour
Show a more meaningful error message e..g you do not have access to this project
