Issue Summary

Can't create a Subtask if a required field is present on latest Jira Android mobile app (version 146.1.6). Unable to replicate on latest Jira iOS mobile app (version 208.1.0)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Mark a field as Required in your field configuration scheme, ex: a Select List (cascading) Custom Field.
2. Try to create a sub-task of an Issue in that project on the Jira Android mobile app (three-dots in the top-right hand corner > "Add child issue")

Expected Results

When creating a subtask with a required field, the full create screen will be shown to allow you to fill in the required field, like on latest Jira iOS mobile app.

Actual Results

"Can't create the issue in this project. Try a different project."

Workaround

Make field Optional in field configuration scheme
