Currently, when selecting the clone issue action directly from an issue, you're met with three option checkboxes to include the attachment, subtasks, or links.

Previously, this action used to have subtasks selected by default but it seems that this has gone away and now only attachments are selected by default.

Allowing admins to set defaults (on whether attachments/subtasks/linked issues are checked already) will help improve workflow efficiency for users who have had gotten used to this setting including subtasks by default, but since it has changed, some users are not noticing this and subtasks are not getting cloned over as a result.

Letting an admin select defaults will also cut down on the human side error of this change as well as allow for greater fine tuning over this action for users who use it daily.
