Add a system check to verify when using the re-authorize option in Jira's Incoming Mail Server (found in <example>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/IncomingMailServers.jspa) if the credentials being used in the re-auth process are the same as the original one of the already established Mail Server.

This is to avoid already created and functional Mail Servers being replaced by a new mailbox.
