Issue Summary

Many priority schemes can be created for the same project. This causes confusion on which priority scheme is taken for the project.
Settings > issues > Priority schemes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Settings > issues > Priority schemes
2. Click on Add priority scheme
3. Enter the name
4. Select priorities
5. Add scheme
6. Click on Add project > add a project
7. Repeat the steps to create one more scheme for the same project

Expected Results

A project should have only a single priority scheme

Actual Results

Multiple priority schemes can be created for a single project

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
