Issue Summary

Need to display "Work Suggestions" for issues from all Projects, whose issues are fetched on a Board.

Currently "Work Suggestions" only appear on the Board for the Project where the Board is located. 

For ex: If a Board is created & located at Project A, but the Filter on which the Board is based upon, fetches issues from Project A, Project B & Project C. Then "Work Suggestions" will only be shown currently for issues from Project A. User will not see any Work Suggestions related to issues from Project B & Project C. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Filter fetching issues from Multiple Projects. 
2. Create a Board using this Filter on a Project A.
3. Ensure "Work Suggestions" is enabled on the Board.

Expected Results

 User should be able to see "Work Suggestions" from issues of all Projects that are fetched and displayed on the board. 

Actual Results

You will only see Work Suggestions from Project A. You will not see Work Suggestions from other Projects, whose issues are fetched on the Board. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
