Loading a filter containing a watcher JQL clause shows a UUID in the Issue Navigator
For example if you had an user called Joe Bloggs searched for ticket Joe was watching, the expected JQL shown would be:
watcher = "Joe Bloggs"
Actual:
watcher = 557058:bcb378fe-b43e-42c0-ba44-c32dfc1c090f
