A cloud site in Standard/Premium evaluation has the same email notifications limit as Free plan.

Jira can send a maximum of 100 emails per day on the Free plan
 

 When a cloud site reaches the limit, the message is shown like this.

This message can be missed by the Jira admins/users and the feature request is to improve the notification alert to send out e-mail to the Jira admins with the appropriate message and explanation of the limit.
