Issue Summary

Jira is removing the import issues button from the Create issue screen as we can check in this update notes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click Create to create a new issue.
2. Find the Import Issues option on the top-right side of the issue creation screen.

Expected Results

We had an Import Issues option that allows users to import issues.

Actual Results

The option was removed.

Workaround

1. Open the Project > Select Issues panel
2. Click the three-dot button on the right side > Import Issues.
