Issue Summary

In the iOS JIra mobile app, editing the date/time picker field and adding time in "PM" and then after saving it, the app automatically converts it to "AM." 

The same issue is not seen in Jira Web. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access an issue in a Jira Project using the Jira iOS App.
2. In the issue edit a date/time picker field. 
3. Set the time to PM. 

We have tested and issue is replicable on both iOS 16 as well as iOS 17 devices. 

Expected Results

The time should stay as PM.

Actual Results

The time automatically changes to AM. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
