Issue Summary
When a user creates a linked issue on the issue view screen with the Task issuetype, the text summary is visible throughout the other entries of the Task summary. If multiple tasks are created the first entry of the text summary is reflected automatically on the next created task entries.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a ticket with an Epic issue type.
- Click the link issue, and select the Task issue type
- On the issue summary enter the text as "Test"
- Create another Task and the same text "Test" will appear as default on the Task summary.

Expected Results
When a new Task is created and the text summary "Test" is entered, it should not appear as a default text on the subsequent task summary.
Actual Results
When the new task is created and a text summary "Test" is entered, it will appear as default text on the other task created.
Workaround
It's been observed that when a new task is created, a screen appears to fill in the details and the task is created. However, the same summary text will appear on the next task summary as the default value. If the screen to fill in the details does not appear when a new child task is created, the summary text will not be set as the default text on subsequent child tasks. To avoid this issue, you can remove the screen mapped to the Task issue type if it is not mandatory to complete this step.
