Remove the version field from the serverInfo REST API endpoint

      Issue Summary

      Consider removing the version field from the serverInfo API endpoint. If you visit this endpoint for any Jira Cloud site, you will see in the response body that the version is 1001.0.0-SNAPSHOT. We've received information from the engineering team that the version field does not indicate anything anymore for Jira Cloud.

      It was set to that in 2016, and it's a static definition not derived. Since this field doesn't provide anything useful, it should be removed or changed, as it may be causing confusion since it uses the snapshot Maven label.
