Issue Summary

When creating an issue, the Ctrl + Enter keyboard shortcut can be used instead of clicking on the 'Create' button, but only from some fields.

From the Description field, the shortcut does nothing. From the Summary or Version field, it works as expected.

This is reproducible on Data Center: No

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click Create to start a new issue
2. Fill in the summary and any other mandatory fields
3. With the cursor in Description, press Crl + Enter

Expected Results

'Create' button is activated and the issue is created immediately.

Actual Results

Nothing happens at all.

Workaround

Use the Tab key to go to another field before using the create shortcut, or use the mouse.
