Issue Summary

When an issue is cloned, it would be great to have the watcher field cloned as well as this would prevent us having to add them in one at a time after it has been cloned.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a new issue.
• Add an extra user to the watcher list.
• Clone the issue.

Expected behavior

All users in the watcher list are still present in the cloned issue.

Actual behavior

Only the Assignee and reporter are seen in the watcher list of cloned issues.
