Issue Summary

Doing a C2C migration incorrectly adds "atlassian-addons-project-access (migrated)" to the permission scheme instead of "atlassian-addons-project-access"

This results in the incapability of the add-ons to interact with the migrated project(s).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Do a C2C migration

Expected Results

atlassian-addons-project-access should be added to the permission scheme

Actual Results

only "atlassian-addons-project-access (migrated)" is added

Workaround

Edit the permission scheme to include atlassian-addons-project-access and optionally remove "atlassian-addons-project-access (migrated)"
