Issue Summary

Safari behavior for the middle mouse clicking in the Linked Issues hyperlink is causing 2 tabs to open when the Safari browser is out of focus.
This 2 tabs behavior does not happen in Chrome browser.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any issues on your own site, add any Linked Issues, and try the steps in the below video.
2. With Safari browser out of focus, middle click in the linked issue summary

Expected Results

Single tab is open

Actual Results

Two tabs are open
*Note that this behavior does not happen for other links like Parent or current issue key links.

Workaround

Click anywhere in Jira before middle-clicking to bring the browser to focus.
