Issue Summary

When clicking on a web link in the Web Links panel, it is not redirecting to the linked URL.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1
   Open an issue, and in the Link Issues option, click the down arrow to select "Add Web Link"
2. Step 2
   After adding any link, click on the link through the Web Links panel in the issue view.

   Expected Results

It should redirect us to the linked URL

Actual Results

Currently, it is taking no action:

Workaround

Click the scroll button of your mouse and the URL will be opened in another tab.
