Make the Copy Link URL shorter

      From the issue view, when you click on Share Issue > Copy Link, it provides a long URL:

      For example: https://p-freire.atlassian.net/browse/SCRUM-270?atlOrigin=eyJpIjoiMWIwYzhkZjQwNzE2NDM0NmIzMjI5OGYzZmFiNDBhYjUiLCJwIjoiaiJ9
      The URL redirects to the issue itself, but as a user I would like to have just the issue URL:
      https://p-freire.atlassian.net/browse/SCRUM-270
