Issue Summary

The issue attachment selector in the comment section is not displaying the correct file name.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a file name with mixed upper and lower letters. eg: TeStFiLeNameWITHmixedCASE.TXT
2. Add the file in the attachment section.
3. Navigate to the comment section and click on the attachment on the issue, and the file name shows all small letters.
   

Expected Results

It should show the same file name which we added.

Actual Results

File name is shown in small letters.
