Issue Summary

When you update the issue layout, the user interface (UI) indicates that only the View screen is updated, but it will actually update both the View and Edit screen layouts.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create separate screens for View and Edit operations.
2. Browse to the project's layout page and add or remove a field from the layout.

Expected Results

The UI indicates that both the View and Edit screens are updated

Actual Results

The UI indicates that only the View screen is updated.

Workaround

Searching and updating the screen from the Screens page (https://<site>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/issues/screens) will guarantee that only the View screen will get updated.
