Issue Summary

Unable to exit issue create window (after exiting fullscreen mode) while using low screen resolution or zooming browser above 100%, as the buttons to exit the minimized mode are overlapped by Jira's navigation bar.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On macOS, Zoom in above 100% (probably the same steps apply on Windows devices) after exiting the fullscreen issue create window using the below button.

Expected Results

The buttons allowing to cancel, minimize or go back to the fullscreen mode should be visible.

Actual Results

The buttons are overlapped by the navigation bar.

Workaround

Zoom out (cmd and - or ctrl and -) or click on the "Create" button on the navigation bar which will return to fullscreen mode.
