      Issue Summary

      Currently when we create a cloud backup on the Jira site it can be easily downloaded and opened and viewed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to global settings
      2. Import and Export -> Backup manager
      3. Create a cloud backup.

      Expected Results

      Upon downloading the backup copy It would be good to have an encrypted copy so that it can't easily be viewed by anyone.

      Actual Results

      Currently the backup file is in zip format and anyone having access to the backup file can easily unzip the file and view the contents within it.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
