Background colors changes the Plan button items text font to be white

Issue Summary

In our look and feel, using a different background color than White changes the text font from the Plan button items to white, causing the plan's names to be hidden.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1
   In your Settings > System > Look and Feel configuration, change the background color to any color that isn't white.
2. Step 2
   Open the Plans button.

   Expected Results

It should show the text in a black font, as it happens with the other buttons.

Actual Results

It changes the text font to white, hiding the items.

Workaround

We can change the background color to white. This fixes the issue.
