Description
Issue Summary
"Import data to a new project" does not produce an import log consistently. One customer received an import log with errors one time, but subsequent imports as well as imports by other customers have not produced import logs that users can output for troubleshooting.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Projects > Create new project. Choose "Import data to a new project"
- Add a csv file that is known to fail. map your fields and try to import csv file
Expected Results
Customer should receive option to view import log at the end and save the import log
Actual Results
Customers usually do not receive an option to view import log, only an error if they try to import a csv file that has errors. Sometimes information will show up on the developers console, but not detailed information like an import log
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
