Creating an issue inside Epics does not update the child issues panel

Issue Summary

When having a required field in the field configuration, the child issues panel is not updating to show the most recently created issues.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an Epic issue
2. Hit the "Create Child Issue" button and create a child issue with a required field

Expected Results

The child issues panel should update instantly

Actual Results

The child panel issues don't update until we refresh the page

Workaround

We need to refresh the page to confirm changes.
