Update to status category color.

      When you access following Link, you can go issue status setting.

      https://{your instance}/secure/admin/ViewStatuses.jspa

      However, color in status category is too light color, therefore sometimes you're feeling difficult to distinguish the issue status.

      It would be better to change it to a darker color so that it can be clearly distinguished.
