Hi team,

I am opening this suggestion on behalf of a client requesting the Create button on the top menu to respect the Issue Layout when creating issues. Currently, when using the Create button, the Create issue view window does not respect the field arrangement in the layout.

The Create button uses the arrangement in the Screen and how they are arranged instead, which defeats the purpose of using a layout other than to add new fields.
