Add ability to add an issue from other projects to an Epic using the "Choose an existing issue link"

      Summary:

      Currently, It's not possible to add issues from other projects to Epic using the "Choose an existing issue link". It would be helpful to the customer if we could provide this feature. Please check the below screen-shot for your reference.

      Workaround:

      1. Begin by opening the child issue (let's call it X) from the necessary project.
      2. Then, in the parent field, proceed to add the Epic issue.
      3. Finally, open the Epic issue and you will see that the child is added under this EPIC issue.
