Blue text/hyperlink in Dark color theme is not convenient to read

    Description

      Jira introduced changes in the legacy dark theme to the new dark theme where text/links in blue color are difficult to read.

      An option to change the foreground color with respect to a dark-themed background will help, or to toggle  legacy dark theme.
