Description
Issue Summary
When using the "Hide From User Condition” in the workflow, the status is still visible to the customer, allowing them to manually transition the ticket even though they should not be able to do this when running transition automation.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a rule to transition tickets from 1 status to another and then back to the original status.
- Add the Hide From User Condition to the transition so that only the automation can make the change to the status.
Expected Results
When the automation rule to transition the ticket gets triggered, the hidden transition and the statuses attached to those transitions with the hide from user conditions should not appear.
Actual Results
When the automation rule is triggered and it starts making the change in the status for a few moments the status appears allowing the agent to click on it causing the automation to break
