Issue Summary

Suppose that a field of the Select List (cascading) type has more than 1000 options added to it. When you add this field to the issue view, only 1000 options are selectable in such a field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a field of Select List (cascading) type and add it to a screen
2. While creating a field, add more than 1000 options to it.
3. Open an issue and try selecting the 1001st option.

Expected Results

The option should be available.

Actual Results

The user sees the 'No matches found' error.

Workaround

Add 1000 options only
