Ability to create multiple Default Cloud Mail Server

      Currently there is only one Default Cloud Mail Server like <jira@<instance domain.atlassian.net>.

      So, it's not possible to set multiple mail handlers for different project to create issue via email with Default Cloud Mail Server.

      It would be nice if user can create multiple Default Cloud Mail Server to receive issue creation email for different project.
