Description
We need an improvement in the audit log system to provide detailed identification and tracking of activities undertaken by Atlassian Support Engineers on customer sites.
Currently, distinguishing support accounts from regular users or associating their activities with specific support tickets is challenging. Especially after a support ticket is closed and the support agent is removed from the site. Their name will continue to appear in the audit log, but Admins won't have a way to view additional details such as email which can raise security concerns about certain actions taken.
Adding additional details that highlight when a user is an Atlassian Support Engineer and providing links to the associated support ticket will greatly improve the audit log. This will improve transparency and alleviate concerns over unidentified user activities.
